About procedure for control of the goods which are exported from the territory of the Union State
For the purpose of enhancement of control of the actual commodity exportation and vehicles out of limits of the Union State, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for control of goods which customs clearance is made in the Russian Federation and exported from the territory of the Union State through the Belarusian site of external border of the Union State.
2. To chiefs of customs to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of staff of customs.
3. Provide to the Minsk central customs completion of the operating software and finishing them to customs.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of inclusion in the National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus Goshin V. A.
