About introduction of temporary ban on export of white sugar and raw sugar reed of the Russian Federation

2. The temporary ban does not extend:

a) on white sugar (code 1701 99 100 of the CN FEA EEU) and raw sugar reed (subline items of 1701 13 and 1701 14 CN FEA EEU), the Governments of the Russian Federation which are exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for rendering the international humanitarian assistance to foreign states based on decisions;

b) on white sugar (code 1701 99 100 of the CN FEA EEU) and raw sugar reed (subline items of 1701 13 and 1701 14 CN FEA EEU), exported from the territory of the Russian Federation within the international transit carriages which are beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Russian Federation and also on white sugar (code 1701 99 100 of the CN FEA EEU) and raw sugar reed (subline items of 1701 13 and 1701 14 CN FEA EEU), the territories of the Russian Federation moved between parts through the territories of foreign states;
