About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022" rather financial provision of the actions directed to settlement of the relations in the natural gas market and in the field of heat supply during action of warlike situation and further recovery of their functioning

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2022, No. 3, Art. 12; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of February 23, 2022 No. 2099-IX of March 3, 2022 No. 2118-IX, of March 15, 2022 No. 2120-IX and No. 2135-IX, of April 21, 2022 No. 2218-IX, of May 31, 2022 No. 2280-IX and No. 2290-IX, of July 9, 2022 No. 2385-IX) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures "1.351.929.918,6" and "141.016.496" respectively with figures "1.553.029.918,6" and "342.116.496";

in paragraph three of figure "2.162.166.682" and "222.775.658,2" to replace respectively with figures "2.363.266.682" and "423.875.658,2".

2. Add Article 11 with Items 9 - 11 following contents:

"9) the receipts from payment of dividends (income) charged on the share of joint-stock company "National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine", belonging to the state by results of financial and economic activities of this society in 2022;

10) advance installment on the income tax of the companies in case of dividend payout according to Item 9 of this Article;

11) receipts within aid programs of the European Union, the governments of foreign states, the international organizations, donor organizations which is provided for the purpose of financial provision of the actions directed to settlement of the relations in the natural gas market and in the field of heat supply during action of warlike situation and further recovery of their functioning".

3. Add with Article 11-1 of the following content:
