In the territories adjacent to administrative borders of the city of Shushi and having with it natural and landscape, social, historical, cultural or economic link or important for protection, preserving or development of the Shusha City National Park, the body (structure) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority establishes borders of the conservation zone.
