The ministries, administrative departments and other executive bodies which competence the questions regulated by interstate and intergovernmental international treaties enter make offers on ratification of such international treaties in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than one year from the date of signing or acceptance at the international conferences by vote, except for international treaties on loan granting, grants, technical and other financial aid to the Kyrgyz Republic.
