About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the civil aircrafts entered in the Register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 2, 2008 No. 202

For the purpose of rendering assistance to domestic airlines, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the civil aircrafts entered in the Register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 2, 2008 No. 202 the following changes:

- to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:

"-inclusion of aircrafts in the State register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic, which age more than 25 years from date of issue, except for the aircrafts provided in Item 1-1 of this resolution;";

- add with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Determine that requirements of paragraph two of Item 1 of this resolution do not extend to aircrafts:

1) no more than 50 years intended for accomplishment of commercial freight transportation, age from date of issue;

2) intended for accomplishment of commercial passenger traffic provided that:

- the application for inclusion in the State register of civil aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic is directed by the applicant to state body on regulation and supervision in the field of civil aviation in the procedure established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic before age of the aircraft of 25 years;

- registration of aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic will be performed no later than 12 months from the date of submission of such statement.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
