1. General provisions

1.1. 1.2. These rules extend to bodies of defense, homeland security, internal affairs, the State Border Service, Special Public service of protection of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also to the bodies performing punishments.

1.3. The terms used in these rules mean the following:

physical resident persons (residents) are citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic;

physical nonresident persons (nonresidents) are citizens of foreign states;

office weapon - weapon, held for use persons which are carrying out obligations on protection of life and human health, conservation, natural resources, property, valuable and dangerous goods and special departures;

civil weapon - the weapon intended for self-defense, hunting and sports;
