Regulations on the special commissions created for consideration of disputes over territorial questions between administrative and territorial units

I. General provisions

1.1. This Provision establishes the legal basis of the organization and activities of the special commissions (further - the commissions) created according to Article 104 of the Land code of the Azerbaijan Republic Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic for consideration of disputes over territorial questions between administrative and territorial units (areas and the cities).
