"Article 162-1. Violation of the law about donorship and organ and tissue transplantation of the person

162-1.1. Preparation, storage, transportation, import and export of donor organs by the medical institutions and other persons who are not included in the list approved by the body (structure) established by relevant organ of the executive authority -

attracts imposing of penalty on officials at the rate from three thousand to five thousand manats, on legal entities at the rate from seven thousand to ten thousand manats.

162-1.2. Non-compliance with anonymity of the recipient concerning relatives of the cadaveric donor and anonymity of the cadaveric donor concerning the recipient and his relatives during donorship and organ transplantation -

attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of five hundred manats, on legal entities in the amount of one thousand manats.

162-1.3. Non-compliance with the requirements provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About donorship and organ and tissue transplantation of the person" in case of withdrawal at the living donor of donor organs for the purpose of transplantation -

attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of two thousand manats, on legal entities in the amount of five thousand manats.

162-1.4. Failure to provide by the living donor information on the addictions and diseases known to it -

attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of five hundred manats.

162-1.5. Distribution of data on expression-faced consent to withdrawal of its bodies after death for the purpose of transplantation or refusal of such removal of organs -

attracts imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of one thousand manats, on legal entities in the amount of four thousand manats.
