Article 1

The relations in the field of donorship and organ and tissue transplantation of the person are regulated according to requirements of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About donorship and organ and tissue transplantation of the person".".

Article 2

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the list of objects which inclusion in civil circulation is not allowed (excluded from civil circulation)" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 2, Article 55; 2006, No. 2, Article 73; 2007, No. 6, Article 562; 2012, No. 7, Article 670; 2013, No. 11, Article 1315; 2014, No. 6, Article 601; No. 5, Article 692, No. 6, article 1039, No. 12 (the I book), Article 2216) in Article 12 of the word "except for eye cornea" shall be replaced with words 2017, "concerning purchase and sale".

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About advertizing" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2015, No. 7, Article 812; 2016, No. 11, Article 1755, No. 12, Article 1996; 2017, No. 3, Article 334, No. 5, Articles 675, 748, No. 6, Article 1029, No. 7, article 1307, No. 12 (I book), Article 2230; 2019, No. 1, Article 29, No. 3, Article 390, No. 4, Article 578, No. 8, Article 1384, No. 12, Article 1881; 2020, No. 6, Article 670, No. 7, Article 843; 2021, No. 12, Article 1341) to make the following changes to Article 29:

5.1. in Article 29.4 of the word", medical equipment, transplantation of human bodies (or) fabrics" shall be replaced with words "and medical equipment";

5.2. add with Article 29.4-1 of the following content:

"29.4-1. Advertizing of donor organs in the Azerbaijan Republic is forbidden. For the purpose of promotion of organ donation and tissues of the person medical institutions and non-governmental bodies can show social advertizing according to this Law.".

Article 6

This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
