About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About Audit Chamber"
Being guided by Items 15 and 16 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie DECIDES: Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic
In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About Audit Chamber" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2018, No. 9, Article 1820; 2019, No. 1, Article 42, No. 4, Article 591, No. 7, Article 1179) to make the following changes:
1.1. Article 34. 34.2 and 34.3 to state 1, in the following edition:
"34.1. The monthly official pay rate of the chairman of the Calculating payment constitutes 3150 manats.
34.2. The monthly official pay rate of the vice-chairman of Audit Chamber constitutes 2800 manats.
34.3. The monthly official pay rate of auditors of Audit Chamber constitutes 2625 manats.";
1.2. in Article 34.4 of the word "in the amount of monthly official pay rate" shall be replaced with words "monthly in double size of official pay rate";
1.3. repeal Article 35.2.
This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2022.
