Based on the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 "About precious metals and gemstones", the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about features of implementation by pawnshops of transactions with products from precious metals and gemstones.
1-1. Resolve use till December 31, 2005 of forms of the mortgage tickets registered till January 1, 2005 in accordance with the established procedure in the State register of forms of the strict reporting for acceptance as proof of products from precious metals.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of July 1, 1999 No. 174 "About approval of the Regulations on features of implementation by pawnshops of transactions with products from precious metals and gemstones" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 62, 8/668).
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2005.
