About the state information system in the field of anti-corruption of Poseidon and introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Russian Federation (Extraction)

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities for prevention of corruption and other offenses I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the state information system in the field of anti-corruption of Poseidon.

2. Determine that:

a) The Administration of the President of the Russian Federation is coordinator of the state information system in the field of anti-corruption of Poseidon (further - the Poseidon system);

b) The Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation performs functions of the operator of the Poseidon system;

c) The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation is the federal executive body authorized on rendering methodical and consulting support concerning use of the Poseidon system in case of implementation of requirements of the Federal Laws, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation about anti-corruption.

3. Administration of the President of the Russian Federation:

a) in 3-month time to establish with participation of the Russian Government Office procedure for information exchange of the Poseidon system with other information systems;

b) determine bodies, the organizations and persons who provide information for inclusion in the Poseidon system.
