Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2020 No. 1358 "Some questions of functioning of National telecommunication network" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 4, Art. 208; 2022, No. 31, the Art. 1651) changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of functioning of National telecommunication network, approved by the specified resolution:
1) in paragraph ten of Item 3 of the word "accession of telecommunication network" shall be replaced with words "accession of electronic communication network";
Item 4 to state 2) in the following edition:
"4. Other terms are used in the value given in the Laws of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization", "About National system of confidential communication", "About electronic communications", "About the basic principles of ensuring cyber security of Ukraine", "About homeland security of Ukraine".";
In paragraph one of Item 6 of the word of "telecommunication networks, information and telecommunication systems" shall be replaced with words 3) "electronic communication networks, information and communication systems";
Paragraph two of Item 16 to state 4) in the following edition:
"national center of operating-technical management of electronic communication networks of Ukraine;";
