About modification of the Procedure for state registration of wills and heritable agreements in the Heritable register
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for state registration of wills and heritable agreements in the Heritable register approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 491 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 35, the Art. 1459) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective about day of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation.

1. To add item 4 after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:
"the wills certified by persons who in the conditions of warlike situation according to the legislation have the right to assure them;".
With respect thereto third to consider the paragraph the paragraph the fourth.
2. Add Item 8 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Entering into the Heritable register of data on the wills certified by persons who in the conditions of warlike situation according to the legislation have the right to assure them is performed by offices of notary public, private notaries in case of acceptance on storage of copy of the will.".
3. To add Item 10 after the paragraph of the fourth with the new paragraph of the following content:
"within two working days after obtaining by territorial authority of Ministry of Justice of the will certified by person who in the conditions of warlike situation according to the legislation has the right to certify it;".
