1. In Item 2:
In paragraph one of figure "17950" to replace 1) with figures "17450";
The paragraph the fourth to exclude 2).
2. Add the resolution with Items 2-1 - 2-3 and 4-1 following contents:
"2-1. For the purpose of satisfaction of compelling needs of functioning of the state in the conditions of martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" to allocate to the Ministry of Health 250 million hryvnias for implementation of purchases according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2022 No. 185 "Some questions of implementation of public purchases of goods, works and services for satisfaction of compelling needs of functioning of the state in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1267) where customer of such purchases is the Ministry of Health, namely:
on purchase of medicines, immunobiological medicines (vaccines), medical products, supportive applications to them, the medical equipment.
To the Ministry of Finance to perform the specified expenses at the expense of means of reserve fund of the government budget.
