About modification of the Regulations on the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 56 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 05, 2018 No. 51 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 23, 2022 No. 104) (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the second offer of the paragraph of the fourth Item 7 of the Section I of the word "about need of attraction to support of law enforcement agencies and military forming" shall be replaced with words "about the need for attraction accompanied by law enforcement agencies or military forming";
