About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning providing the rights of persons with disability
According to the paragraph to third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with provisions of the Convention on the rights of persons with disability I order:
1. In the subitem 2 of Item 2 and Item 3 of the Section III of Provisions on the Center of social integration of the refugees and persons needing additional or temporary protection, the Public migratory service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the order against December 17, 2015 No. 1586, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 03, 2016 for No. 337/28467, the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability".
2. In Item 35 of the Section V of the Instruction on procedure for content of foreigners and persons without citizenship in Items of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons which illegally are in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 29, 2016 No. 141, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 19, 2016 for No. 748/28878, the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability".
3. Of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Kochergan P.) to provide to management of interaction with the Public migratory service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
