1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About establishment of rate of export (export) customs duty on the regenerated paper and cardboard (waste paper and waste) which is exported from customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 30, 2009 No. 610 the following changes:
