Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the mechanism of carrying out evacuation

1. In item 4 of the Regulations on orphanage of the family type approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2002 No. 564 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 18, Art. 925; 2006, No. 6, Art. 299; 2007, No. 12, Art. 421; 2009, No. 47, Art. 1572; 2010, No. 1, Art. 38; 2016, No. 60, Art. 2052; 2020, No. 50, Art. 1568):

"In case of cancellation of the agreement in connection with refusal of obligatory evacuation by guardianship and custody body in the place of the actual accommodation of children measures for their evacuation are performed.".
