About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1413/2003 about public welfare payments for special merits before the state
Based on part (1) article 24 of the Law No. 190/2003 on veterans (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 84-86, 392), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 1413/2003 about public welfare payments for special merits before the state (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 239-242, 1466), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in Item 7 of the resolution the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Labour and Social Protection";
2) In the Provision:
a) in Item 2:
the paragraph one to add with subitems 3) and 4) of the following content:
"3) the citizens of the Republic of Moldova awarded with the state awards based on the Law No. 1123/1992 on the state awards of the Republic of Moldova or awarded with the state awards of the former USSR equated to the state awards of the Republic of Moldova by the Resolution of Parliament No. 533/1995 on the rights of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova awarded with the state awards of the former USSR, being receivers of pension or the public social benefit, including in other states irrespective of, they live in the Republic of Moldova or not;
4) in departure from subitems 1), 2) and 3) the veterans of war specified in articles 7 and 8 of the Law No. 190/2003 on veterans, who are citizens of the Republic of Moldova, awarded with the state awards based on the Law No. 1123/1992 on the state awards of the Republic of Moldova or awarded with the state awards of the former USSR equated to the state awards of the Republic of Moldova by the Resolution of Parliament No. 533/1995 on the rights of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova awarded with the state awards of the former USSR whether have the right to personal benefit irrespective of are they receivers of pension or the public social benefit and whether they live in the Republic of Moldova or not.";
