About payments to citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and to the stateless persons which by force left the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of the ensuring social support of citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and stateless persons which by force left the territories of these states and which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation I decide:

1. Establish since July 1, 2022 to the citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and stateless persons which by force left the territories of these states and which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation after February 18, 2022, the following payments:

a) monthly retirement benefit in the amount of 10 000 rubles;

b) monthly social payment to disabled people in the amount of 10 000 rubles;

c) the surcharge to monthly retirement benefit or monthly social payment to disabled people provided to disabled people of the I group, handicapped children, and also persons who reached age of 80 years in the amount of 3000 rubles;

d) monthly payment to veterans of the Great Patriotic War in the amount of 5000 rubles;

e) lump sum payment to expectant mothers in the amount of 10 000 rubles;

e) lump sum payment in case of the child's birth in the amount of 20 000 rubles;

g) monthly payment on each child aged up to 18 years in the amount of 4000 rubles and if such child is under guardianship or custody, in the amount of 15 000 rubles, on each child aged up to 23 years on condition of its training in full-time in the educational organization in the amount of 4000 rubles;

h) monthly payment to the single parent on each child in the amount of 10 000 rubles.

2. The payments established by this Decree are made till December 31, 2022 by authorized bodies of the executive authority of subjects of the Russian Federation.
