1. Approve the enclosed Rules of increase in handling capacity of objects of gas-transport systems for the purpose of creation of technical capability of technological accession to gas distribution network of capital construction projects concerning which it is refused in issue of specifications on technological accession.

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service:

together with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation to provide monitoring of technical capabilities of technological accession to gas distribution network of capital construction projects concerning which it is refused in issue of specifications on technological accession;

in 3-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022 and 6 years from the date of its entry into force are effective.
