ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About approval of form of the certificate which is the executive document and issued to representatives for the rights of consumers of financial services, and on recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

According to part 3 of article 23 of the Federal law "About the Representative for the Rights of Consumers of Financial Services" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed form of the certificate which is the executive document and issued to representatives for the rights of consumers of financial services.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 14, 2018 No. 1532 "About approval of form of the certificate which is the executive document and issued to representatives for the rights of consumers of financial services" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 52, the Art. 8270);

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 15, 2019 No. 599 "About modification of form of the certificate which is the executive document and issued to representatives for the rights of consumers of financial services" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 20, the Art. 2462).

3. This resolution becomes effective since December 29, 2021.
