About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In parts (1) and (1-1) Article 126 word of "kidnapped persons", to exclude.
2. Parts (4) and (Article 186 to state 5) in the following edition:
"(4) the Actions provided by parts (1) - (3) if the property value exceeds 40 predicted average monthly salaries on economy established by the order of the Government existing at the time of act making
are punished by imprisonment for a period of 5 up to 10 years.
(5) the Actions provided by parts (1) - (3) if the property value exceeds 100 predicted average monthly salaries on economy established by the order of the Government existing at the time of act making
are punished by imprisonment for a period of 7 up to 12 years.".
3. Parts (4) and (Article 187 to state 5) in the following edition:
"(4) the Actions provided by parts (1) - (3) if the property value exceeds 40 predicted average monthly salaries on economy established by the order of the Government existing at the time of act making
are punished by imprisonment for a period of 8 up to 12 years.
(5) the Actions provided by parts (1) - (3) if the property value exceeds 100 predicted average monthly salaries on economy established by the order of the Government existing at the time of act making
are punished by imprisonment for a period of 12 up to 15 years.".
4. Parts (4) and (Article 188 to state 5) in the following edition:
"(4) the Actions provided by parts (1) - (3) if the property value exceeds 40 predicted average monthly salaries on economy established by the order of the Government existing at the time of act making
are punished by imprisonment for a period of 11 up to 14 years.
(5) the Actions provided by parts (1) - (3) if the property value exceeds 100 predicted average monthly salaries on economy established by the order of the Government existing at the time of act making
