About modification of the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to small privatization and determination of additional terms of sale

1. Bring in the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to small privatization and determination of additional terms of sale approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2018 No. 432 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 47, the Art. 1641, No. 62, Art. 2136; 2019, No. 36, Art. 1281; 2020, No. 100, Art. 3251; 2021, No. 68, the Art. 4269), changes which are applied.
2. Determine that for action of legal regime of warlike situation and within three months from the date of its termination or cancellation privatization of objects which are located in the territories of administrative and territorial units which list affirms the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories is not carried out.
3. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of July 28, 2022 No. 2468-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning assistance to processes of relocation of the companies in the conditions of warlike situation and economic recovery of the state".
