About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on control of danger of emergence of the major accidents caused by dangerous substances, No. 108/2020 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 188-192, 362), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 5 to add 2) with the Item d-1) of the following content:

"d-1) National agency of public health;".

2. In Article 6:
