About modification of some Orders of the Government (on component of strengthening of institutional bases of European integration)

1. In the Standard structure of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the ministry approved by the Order of the Government No. 595/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 265-273, 684), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 7 to add 1) with subitems 3-1) and 3-2) of the following content:

"3-1) approval of industry policy according to chapters about accession to the European Union for the purpose of development of the Contribution of the Republic of Moldova to the Annual packet of expansion of the European Union and gradual preparation for opening of negotiations on accession of the Republic of Moldova for the European Union;

3-2) implementation of the Agreement on association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, both European Union and European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand;";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) "Structural division according to the analysis, monitoring and assessment the politician" to replace line item with line item "Structural division on coordination of state policy and the European integration";

b) after line item "Structural division of internal audit" to bring line items "Structural division on coordination of the external help **" and "Structural division on ensuring informing and communication with mass media";
