Based on the first paragraph of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About target use of the ecological tax paid by the companies" the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. Establish selection criteria of the other companies established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About target use of the ecological tax paid by the companies" according to Appendix.

2. This Resolution becomes effective next day after its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose after January 1, 2022.

Selection criteria of the other companies established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About target use of the ecological tax paid by the companies"

I. General provisions

1. This Appendix establishes criteria of the other companies established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About target use of the ecological tax paid by the companies" (further - the Law).

2. Creation by authorized body in the field of environmental protection of the list of the other companies according to criteria established by this Appendix is performed in the terms established by budget process of the Republic of Armenia.
