Modification of the approved list systemically of the significant financial organizations in case of decrease in the amount of assets systemically of significant bank for 50% (fifty percent) and more from the date specified in Item 14 of Rules based on the petition of authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations confirming such change is allowed.
After receipt of the petition of authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations the National Bank within 20 (twenty) working days perfroms calculation of average measure value, 7 and 8 Rules specified in Items 5, of 6,, in 2 (two) consecutive quarters preceding settlement date.
