a) to state Item 2 of the Decree in the following edition:

"2. Determine that the chairman of State commission on counteraction to illicit trafficking in industrial output on position is the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia - the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.";

b) as a part of State commission:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The Deputy Prime Minister of Russia is the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (commission chairman).";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Deputy minister of the industry and trade of the Russian Federation (vice-chairman of the Commission).";

add with Item 18.1 of the following content:

"18.1. The secretary of state - the deputy minister of the industry and trade of the Russian Federation.".
