Make changes to the Procedure for conducting special check concerning persons applying for holding the posts who provide occupation of responsible or especially responsible provision, and positions with the increased corruption risk, No. 171 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 28, of the Art. 812, No. 36, of Art. 1085; 2016, No. 73, Art. 2463; 2019, No. 16, Art. 550, No. 26, Art. 911; 2020, No. 41, Art. 1339; 2021, No. 84, Art. 5389; 2022, to No. 12, the Art. 662), having stated it in edition which is applied.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of conducting special check concerning persons applying for holding the posts who provide occupation of responsible or especially responsible provision, and positions with the increased corruption risk (further - applicants for position).
The positions providing occupation of responsible or especially responsible provision are determined in the note to article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption".
The list of positions with the increased corruption risk affirms the National agency concerning prevention of corruption (further - the National agency).
