For the purpose of production and distribution of official statistics in 2021, according to article 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About official statistics", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Statistical program for 2021 (further - the Program) according to appendix.

2. To represent to the ministries, the state committee, administrative department, local public administrations, local government bodies and business entities (under approval) to relevant organs of National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic administrative and individual data in the terms provided by the Program.

3. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to make financing of statistical works within the means of National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic provided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021 and the forecast for 2022-2023".

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Program of statistical works for 2019" of November 2, 2018 No. 519;

2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Program of statistical works for 2020" of December 4, 2019 No. 656.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and finance of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
