The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 255 with subsequent changes) to add article 6 of the Law of Ukraine with part four of the following content:

"4. Territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine quarterly represent to the territorial centers of completing and social support of the data on registration (re-registration), re-equipment and removal from accounting of vehicles which the companies which are in property, organizations and the organizations and can be intended for requirements satisfaction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military forming during the special period".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
