About sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population
For the purpose of ensuring realization by citizens of the right to sanatorium treatment and improvement, enhancement of procedure for the organization of sanatorium treatment and improvement of the population with use of means of the republican budget or budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus (further – the budget of fund) I decide:
1. With use of means of the republican budget or budget of fund persons determined in article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2007 No. 239-Z "About the state social privileges, the rights and guarantees for separate categories of citizens" and also in legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus, including in this Decree have the right to sanatorium treatment or improvement.
The right to sanatorium treatment with use of means of the republican budget or budget of fund (further, unless otherwise specified, – the right to sanatorium treatment) arises in the presence of medical indications and lack of medical contraindications to sanatorium treatment that proves to be true:
for the parent (person, it replacing) going for joint sanatorium treatment with children (child) – the conclusion of the medical and consulting commission *;
for persons of other categories – the medical certificate about the state of health **.
The right to sanatorium treatment is exercised on the disease profile specified in the conclusion of the medical and consulting commission or the medical certificate about the state of health.
The right to improvement with use of means of the republican budget or budget of fund (further, unless otherwise specified, – the right to improvement) arises in the absence of medical contraindications to improvement and is confirmed by the medical certificate about the state of health.
