RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 2014 No. 571 and of September 30, 2016 No. 789

Based on part two of subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 2013 "About some questions of regulation of rates (prices) of housing and communal services and modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and parts two of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2016 No. 322 "About provision of non-cash housing subsidies" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 550

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. Item 36-2 of the Regulations on procedure of payments and introduction of payment for housing and communal services and payments for use of premises of the state housing stock, and also the expense recovery for the electric power approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 12, 2014 No. 571, to add with part of the following content:

"The service fee of water disposal (sewerage) in the one-apartment, blocked, apartment apartment houses which sewer releases are attached to distribution street network of the sewerage * is levied from payers of housing and communal services according to the procedure, provided in parts one and the second this Item, and also in Items 36 and 38 of this provision.

* For the purposes of this provision the distribution street network of the sewerage is understood as the network of the sewerage built on lands public in settlement borders till September 1, 2022, having signs of centralized system of water disposal (sewerage) and providing removal of sewage from sewer releases of group of apartment houses (two and more) in sewer wells of distribution street network of the sewerage with subsequent their export by cesspool transport on drain stations.";
