The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 1, Art. 1; 2021, No. 40, the Art. 330, with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of November 30, 2021 No. 1916-IX) the following changes:

And third Article 6 of the word "temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words 1) in parts two "the territory of Ukraine which is temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation";

2) in Article 9-2:

in the name of the word "temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions" shall be replaced with words "the territory of Ukraine which is temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation";

in part one of the word and figure "who during the period after February 20, 2014 left or threw the place of residence in temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "who during the period after start date of temporary occupation left or threw the place of residence in the territory of Ukraine which is temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation", and "temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions" to exclude words;

in part six:

state paragraph two in the following edition:
