About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" concerning features of application of the legislation in the field of prevention of corruption in the conditions of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About prevention of corruption" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, of Art. 2056 with subsequent changes) to add the Section XIII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Items 2-3 - 2-10 following contents:

"2-3. Determine what is temporary, from the date of introduction of warlike situation the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", for the period before the termination or cancellation of warlike situation, and also within one month from the date of its termination or cancellation the requirement about compliance of gifts to the conventional ideas of hospitality and the restrictions on the cost of gifts set by part two of article 23 of this Law do not extend to making of such actions during the period specified in this paragraph:

1) receipt of the money in full used (in the presence of confirmation of use of the received money in full on one or several of the specified purposes) only for such purposes:

implementation of transfers into the special accounts opened by the National Bank of Ukraine for support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and/or for the humanitarian assistance to persons injured with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine;

implementation in the procedure for charitable gifts established by the legislation for benefit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;

implementation in the procedure for charitable gifts established by the legislation for support and protection of persons injured with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine;
