RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE

of July 29, 2022 No. 166

About modification of Rules on the organization of protection of premises of non-bank organizations in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring with non-bank financial institutions, the operators of mail service who obtained the license of the National Bank of Ukraine for implementation of currency transactions protection of health and life of the workers, conditions of safety of values the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to Rules on the organizations of protection of premises of non-bank organizations in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 06, 2017 No. 100 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 24, 2019 No. 154), having been reworded as follows them which is applied.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.

3. The resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2022.
