About modification of the Regulations on the specialized communication service and the notification of civil protection
According to the paragraph to third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in the field of civil protection in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications" we order:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the specialized communication service and notifications of civil protection approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine of November 07, 2016 No. 1170/690/197, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 9, 2016 for No. 1594/29724, the following changes:
1) in the Section II:
in paragraph four of the subitem 2 of Item 1 of the word of "telecommunication networks" shall be replaced with words "electronic communication networks";
in Item 5:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"will organize and perform within competence interaction with the national center of operating-technical management of electronic communication networks of Ukraine, control centers of suppliers of networks of electronic communications and/or services;";
word in paragraph four of "telecommunication networks" shall be replaced with words "electronic communication networks";
