About modification of the Regulations on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine foreigners and stateless persons
1. Bring in the Regulations on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine foreigners and stateless persons approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 10, 2016 No. 248/2016 (with the change made by the Decree of September 3, 2020 No. 372/2020), the following changes:
1) in the paragraph the second item 4 of the word of "military commissioners" shall be replaced with words "heads of the territorial centers of completing and social support";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 5 of the word of "military commissariat" "the territorial center of completing and social support";
Item 9 to state 3) in the following edition:
"9. The beginning, suspension and the end of passing of military service, terms of military service, age limit of stay on it are determined by the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service";
In paragraph six of Item 13 of the word of "higher educational institutions" shall be replaced with words 4) "institutions of the higher education";
In paragraph one of Item 18 of the word "military commissariats" shall be replaced with words 5) "the territorial centers of completing and social support";
6) in Item 19:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"19. In the territorial centers of completing and social support the following events on selection of foreigners on military service under the contract are held";
in paragraphs nine, the fourteenth, the sixteenth, twenty third and twenty seventh the words "military commissariat" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "the territorial center of completing and social support" in the corresponding case and number;
