Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2015 No. 1169 "About procedure for carrying out monitoring of compliance of plans of purchase of goods, works, services, plans of purchase of innovative products, high-technology products, medicines, the changes made to such plans, assessments of conformity of drafts of such plans, projects of the changes made to such plans, to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation providing participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchase, procedure and terms of suspension of implementation of the specified plans for results such assessment and monitoring" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 45, Art. 6259; 2016, No. 2, Art. 327; No. 31, Art. 5033; No. 51, Art. 7405; 2017, No. 23, Art. 3319; No. 48, Art. 7214; 2018, No. 23, Art. 3305; 2020, No. 49, Art. 7898; 2021, No. 12, Art. 2023; No. 28, Art. 5556).

Recognize invalid the subitem "g" of Item 2 and the paragraph third the subitem "v" of Item of 3 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2015 No. 1169, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 30, 2018 No. 625 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2015 No. 1169" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 23, the Art. 3305).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
