According to provision of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (it is reissued in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the special edition of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes, and also according to litas. g) h (9) Art. 6 of the Law on Customs Service No. 302/2017 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 68-76, 143) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Appendix No. 1 to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 197-200, Art. 876), to change as follows:

- in the Section II, Item 22, subsection A, heading 8 "DESTINATAR", after the first offer to make the new offer of the following content:

"In case of customs regime of transit by the receiver person to whom the goods are actually delivered is."

2. To chiefs of customs to inform the staff of customs, customs brokers and customs applicants from own name of provision of this order.

3. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on department of the income and customs control.

5. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
