According to Item 8 parts two of Article 4, to Item 10 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", and also for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of May 11, 2022 "About forced withdrawal in Ukraine of objects of the property right of the Russian Federation and its residents" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Bring in Chapter 4 of the Section V of the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market approved by the decision of Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 5, 2012 No. 2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 for No. 1581/21893, the following changes:

1) in Item 4.14:

the first offer of paragraph one after words of "banking license" to add with words ", at the same time before completion of forming of liquidating weight its property (assets) can be compulsorily withdrawn based on the law";

the first offer of paragraph two after the words "disposal of property (asset)" to add with the words "entry into force of the law which has the investigation forced withdrawal of property (asset) of bank";
