About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

According to Item 9 of the Section XIX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", Items 3, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 2, 2014 228, order to No.:

1. In Items 2 and 3 of the Section XV of the Regulations on the automated system of the enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 05, 2016 No. 2432/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2016 for No. 1126/29256, of the word "information and telecommunication" in all cases shall be replaced with words "information and communication" in the corresponding cases.

2. In paragraph four of Item 7 of the Section III of the Procedure for realization of the distrained property approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 29, 2016 No. 2831/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 30, 2016 for No. 1301/29431, the word, punctuation mark and figures "Items 9, 10" to replace with the word and figure "Item 9".
