About features of transfer of students of higher educational institutions of the states which are in emergency state in higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of possibility of continuation of training in higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic in the students studying in higher educational institutions of the states which are in emergency state and forced to stop training in connection with the current situation in these states according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Permit the higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic having the international accreditation to make in 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 academic years transfer of the students studying in higher educational institutions of the states which are in emergency state including for last year with condition of continuation of training at paid basis.
2. Determine that in case of transfer of the category of students specified in Item 1 of this resolution the list of the disciplines which are subject to delivery (the academic difference) shall not exceed 12 disciplines in volume of no more than 60 credits.
3. Suspend for 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 academic years action of Items 8, 14 Regulations on procedure for transfer, assignment and the recovery of students of higher educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 29, 2012 No. 346, concerning the category of students specified in Item 1 of this resolution regarding transfer into last year of training and amount of the disciplines which are subject to delivery (liquidation of the academic difference) in volume of no more than 60 credits.
