3.6.2. Item 26 of the Technical regulation is not applied.".

Ask the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to provide maintaining and publication on the official sites of authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union on the Internet of registers of the requests for registration of approval like the vehicle (approval like the chassis) containing including the following data:

registration date of the request;

brand of the vehicle (chassis);

type of the vehicle (chassis);

category of the vehicle (chassis);

ecological class of the vehicle (chassis);

manufacturer of the vehicle (chassis);

quantity of axes of the vehicle (chassis).

3. Control of execution of this Decision is exercised by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since March 1, 2022.
