1. Make changes to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of carrying out payments and transfers with use of two-dimensional symbols of barcode (QR code)" of December 11, 2019 No. 2019-P-14/62-5-(PS) (is applied).

2. To commercial banks, and also operators of payment systems / to payment institutes and their agents having mobile applications till December 31, 2022:

1) to provide provision to clients of bank product / appendix / service on implementation of payments with use of QR code;

To provide 2) in trade and service companies of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to the list approved by the order of the Government to the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for consumer protection" of December 23, 2015 No. 869, possibility of acceptance of payment with use of QR code;

3) to render necessary consulting and technical assistance to trade and service companies regarding carrying out training in use of two-dimensional symbols of barcode (QR code) for acceptance and carrying out payments for goods and services;
