In pursuance of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2022 "About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 258

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2020 No. 533 "About statistical declaration of goods" the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on part one of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2008 "About procedure for execution of agreements in foreign trade" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 178";

in Item 1:

in subitem 1.1:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"1.1. the statistical declaration * is submitted round the clock for registration in the Minsk central customs by the resident or according to its order the customs representative:";

add the subitem with the interlinear note of the following content:

* For the purposes of this resolution the terms "foreign trade transaction", "agreement in foreign trade", "residents", "transaction" and "statistical declaration" are used in the values determined in appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 27, 2008 No. 178.";

state part one in the following edition:

"1.2. the statistical declaration is submitted no later than the 10th following for reporting on one and more facts of shipments (receipts) of goods which total cost constitutes the amount equivalent of 3000 euros and more, for reporting calendar month within:

the agreement in foreign trade providing paid transfer of goods;

transactions with the nonresident, except for the transaction which is not connected with movement of goods through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus.";
