For the purpose of further deepening of processes of privatization and privatization of the companies of the leading industries of economy directed to increase in role of private property in economy, cardinal reducing share of the state in authorized capitals of economic societies, and also broad attraction in development and upgrade of the companies of direct investments including foreign:

1. Approve lists:

the companies and objects in which not placed assets of the state completely are implemented in private property, according to appendix No. 1;

the companies and objects in which not placed assets of the state are subject to realization in 2006-2007 on zero redemption value, with adoption of investment obligations by investors, according to appendix No. 2;

the companies having strategic importance in which authorized capital not placed assets of the state (including earlier contributed to authorized funds of economic associations) are subject to realization according to the decision of the State tender commission in private property in the period of 2006-2008 with adoption of investment obligations, according to appendix No. 3.

Determine that the objects and assets of the state unrealized at the scheduled time in the companies specified in appendix No. 1, are subject to realization on the basis of decisions of the State tender commission on zero redemption value, with adoption of investment obligations by investors.
